Please note that the new process defined by the Board does not require you send the application fee initially. Your application will be reviewed by the Design team. The Design Team shall send their recommendation to the Board. The Board shall decide if an external review is required. And if an external review is required, you would be notified and asked to send in a check to the property management firm.
