Please note that the new process defined by the Board does not require you to send the application fee initially. Your application will be reviewed by the Design team. The Design Team shall send its recommendation to the Board. The Board shall decide if an external review is required. And if an external review is required, you would be notified and asked to send in a check to the property management firm.

We have provided an alternate method of submitting your Architectural Review form. You may submit online. Please click the CONTACTS sub-tab Key Contacts/Submissions. Please complete the form. You will be able to attach five documents. An email is auto-generated and sent to the Community Association Manager and the Architectural Review team. We are testing out this feature currently. You should be registered as a homeowner member on this website to submit the application online.
